As pet trainers, Pawcademy has been training pets since 2011. Our training allows you to remain in the convenience of your own home or at outdoor locations, while receiving the best available techniques to address you and your pet’s specific needs and challenges.

GROUP CLASSES
Join us in group training sessions to strengthen your skills and confidence. You will see the change in your pet from the get-go. Simply put, training works when the time and effort is consistent!
Group classes provide a cost-effective alternative to private lessons. They provide a structured environment for distraction work, and problem solving training behaviours. Questions welcome!
We will focus on engagement, distractions, markers and introducing basic commands (sit, stay, recall) as we introduce you and your dog to the world of dog training.

We will work to build your relationship with your dog while introducing basic commands and manners. Your dog will build confidence and begin to understand markers and rewards.
Classes will give you an excellent foundation to continue dog training in any discipline including obedience, scent detection, tracking, herding and more.
PRIVATE TRAINING
$100/session
*Travel charges may apply based on location if outside Vernon.

We will provide you with tools and tricks to teach your pet how to be a well-mannered companion. Our positive, balanced training approach will support you in building your skills and working with your pet to help achieve your training goals.
​
Sessions are 45 minutes to an hour long depending on the dogs tiredness.
